1. General Terms
1.1 GrowUp Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) operates this Platform to offer products for sale to customers online.

3.1 We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or specifications will be 100% accurate due to display or manufacturing variations.

3.3 In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, GrowUp Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement through the payment methods available on the Platform.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
5.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5.3 Delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of GrowUp Enterprises.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
GrowUp Enterprises offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
6.1 Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the parcel/product delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Certain items (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics, perishable goods, personalized/customized products, or items marked “Final Sale”) may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable categories will be clearly indicated on the product page.
6.2 How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to “My Orders,” or contact our customer support team with your order number.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back or scheduling a pickup (where available).
6.3 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, GrowUp Enterprises will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6.4 Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any were paid at the time of order) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
6.5 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6.6 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per Section 6.
7.2 GrowUp Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued in such cases.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.

10. Limitation of Liability
